In addition she is trained in Dare to Lead and Co-Active methodologies.
She brings a thorough understanding of multi-cultural environments, having lived & worked on three continents.

Stephanie a significant portion of her career at Heidrick & Struggles, a global and publicly traded leadership advisory firm with 50+ offices in 30 countries, most recently serving as Global Vice President, Talent Management and Culture for the company. Throughout this time, she has developed strong business acumen and a proven ability as a strategic partner to various leaders covering local, regional and international perspectives.
Prior to that, Stephanie worked as an Executive Search Consultant for 12 years for top-tier organizations, focusing on C-suite and board searches. This experience has provided her with a unique perspective on issues that leaders face in their daily roles, as well as the challenges of integrating new leaders in an organization.
Stephanie is also passionate about Health & Wellness, and qualified to work with clients to ensure that there are no missed connections between their career success and overall wellness.
Stephanie is a Trustee on the board of the MS Society. In her personal time, she can be found hiking with her husband Stuart and dog Ollie in the mountains of Colorado, running, cycling or practicing yoga.
